Free request

1. You choose suite, travel dates and number of people and send a free request.
2. A request will not trigger payment or reservation.
3. If you want to book immediately binding, use the online booking instead and complete the payment displayed there.

Non-binding enquiry

The “Send Non-binding Request” button will not trigger any payment and will not trigger any immediate binding booking. A personal appointment confirmation is not required when booking online: The booking is automatically confirmed after successful payment and final availability check.

Automatic online booking

Before you commit to payment, you see the suite, dates, guests, mandatory charges, eligible discounts, total, payment method and cancellation conditions. Immediately before charging, Hain 17 checks the connected calendars again and temporarily holds the dates locally for payment. A booking is confirmed only once the payment provider has verified the required payment status and Hain 17 has verified that the dates are blocked for the booking.

PayPal is available. Direct credit or debit card, Trustly, Apple Pay and Google Pay only appear when PayPal has released the respective payment method for the merchant account and – in the case of wallets – for the device used. A pending payment does not yet lead to the booking confirmation. The non-binding request remains possible regardless of this.

Prices for children and additional costs

Children aged 0–2 stay free of accommodation charges. Children aged 3–16 receive €10 off the standard rate per child per night. All three apartments have mandatory charges of €60 final cleaning per stay and €5 bed linen per guest per stay. Tourist tax of €2.20 per guest aged 17 or over, per night, is shown separately. Guests under 17 are exempt from tourist tax.

Right of withdrawal for accommodation on fixed dates

Under section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), contracts for accommodation on specified dates generally have no statutory right of withdrawal. You therefore receive all specific conditions before making a binding confirmation.

Cancellation

Your booking confirmation includes a time-limited self-cancellation link with a preview and separate confirmation step. If you cancel at least 72 hours before check-in at 15:00 (Europe/Berlin), including exactly 72 hours before, 90% of the total accommodation price is refunded; after that, 0%. Tourist tax that is not due is refunded in full in both cases. Payment-provider fees are included in the 10% cancellation charge and are not deducted separately. Calendar comparison

Hain 17 immediately blocks a confirmed direct booking in its own calendar. Booking.com and Airbnb assume this block on the next retrieval of the suite-related iCal feed; iCal does not work in real time. Immediately before a payment, the portal sources and local blocks are therefore checked again. A small temporal overlap risk of the portals remains until their next retrieval.
